Amenities

A pet fee of $150 for the first pet and $50 for an additional pet will be charged after pet approval is obtained from the management office.

The First Creek Community will only allow two types of pets per household and be limited to the following:

• Two (2) dogs or cats per unit (Cats and dogs must be spayed/neutered and up to date on vaccinations.  Dogs cannot exceed a thirty-pound weight limit.)
• Birds (parakeets or parrots) must be kept in a cage at all times and limited to two per household.
• Fish will be limited to no more than twenty (20) non-poisonous fish in a tank with a maximum capacity of twenty (20) gallons).
